What are your standard rental periods? |

- Normal rentals are one week, from Saturday to Saturday. However mid-week and arrivals and departures on other days may be accommodated depending on availability.

Can we rent for less than a week? |
 |
 |

- Yes, you can rent for as few as four (4) days, but only during our low season. The minimum rental period for our ”Peak“ and ”Holiday“ seasons is one (1) week.

How long can I rent? Is there a discount for longer rental periods? |

- A single rental period can range from four (4) nights (low season only) to three (3) months. Special arrangements for shorter or longer rental periods may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Discounts generally start at one month.

Can we use a credit card to pay for the rental? |

- Yes, we accept most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery cards), and checks by electronic transfer of funds only.

Is the kitchen fully equipped? |

- The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking, utensils and serving ware, dish towels, glassware, dishwasher, etc.

Is there a washer & dryer? |

- There is a clothes washer and dryer located in a laundry closet on the main level of the villa.

What happens if we break something while we are in the villa? |

- You are responsible for ensuring that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as when you arrived. It is your obligation to report damage or loss to Villa property IMMEDIATELY or as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 12 hours or less of incident. You are responsible for payment of necessary repairs or replacement costs for all loss or damage to personal property or to the real estate that occurs as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear.

What is the cancellation policy? |

- A 20% cancellation fee (calculated on the total rent amount) will be charged on all cancellations occurring 61 days or more prior to guest’s arrival date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations made 46 to 60 days prior to Guest’s date of arrival. If cancellation is made within 45 days of arrival date, there will be no refunds made. If dates cancelled by Guest are rebooked to another guest, 80% of Guest’s rental monies will be returned to Guest for the nights rebooked. How will we know how to find the property? |

- If you plan to rent a car upon your arrival, we would be pleased to meet you at the airport in St. Thomas and escort you to Villa Del Encanto. Due to insurance limitations we are unable to carry passengers in our vehicles. Also, about a month before your arrival we will send you detailed directions to Villa Del Encanto, along with local taxi and other ground transportation information.
